Do the mats stay in place on the floor?
Yes, most models feature a non-slip rubber backing that keeps the mat securely in place, even in high-traffic areas. It won't slide or bunch up during daily use, providing extra safety at home.
Can the mats be used outdoors?
The coir doormats are weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use — perfect for front and back doors. The plush indoor mat, bath mat and placemats are designed for indoor use only.
How do I clean my mat?
It depends on the model: shake out or vacuum the coir doormats regularly (rinse with water for deeper cleaning), machine wash the plush bath mat on a gentle cycle, vacuum or spot clean the indoor floor mat, and simply wipe the placemats with a damp cloth. Always air dry thoroughly.
Are the materials eco-friendly?
Yes, several products are made from natural, biodegradable fibers — coir (coconut fiber) for the doormats and 100% natural jute for the woven placemat. They combine durability with an environmentally conscious choice.
Do the doormats really trap dirt effectively?
Absolutely. Coir fibers are naturally tough and abrasive, making them excellent at scraping dirt, mud and moisture off shoes before they enter your home. Your floors stay cleaner with less effort.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. No international shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders ship free of charge, regardless of cart value.
When is my order processed?
We prepare orders in 1–2 business days, with protective packaging built for heavy blocks. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are processed the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Total time: 5–7 business days (1–2 days handling + 4–5 days transit with UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL eCommerce).
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you receive an e-mail with the tracking number and carrier link. You can also check anytime on our Track your order page.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery — no reason required. Details in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a defect, damage or wrong item — Shopaverly pays. For a change of mind — the customer pays. Either way, we provide the return label.
When do I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of the returned product arriving at the warehouse. Refunds go to the same payment method used at purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal digital wallets. Details in the Payment Policy.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify Payments and PayPal — PCI DSS Level 1 certified processors, with 3-D Secure and SSL/TLS encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price on the product page plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout is everything you pay. Shipping is free. No handling fees, no surcharges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but without delay. Write to support@shopaverly.com. Changes are only possible until the package is handed to the carrier.
I received a different product than I ordered — what do I do?
Contact us by e-mail (support@shopaverly.com) with your order number and photos. We cover return shipping and, your choice, send the correct product or refund you in full.
