This Privacy Policy describes how AVERLY COMMERCE LLC ("Shopaverly", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the online store www.shopaverly.com.
We process your information in accordance with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable. We extend the core privacy rights described below to all of our customers, wherever they live.

3. Why we process your information
- To perform our contract with you — processing your order, delivery, returns and refunds.

- For our legitimate business purposes — site security, fraud prevention, improving the store (analytics only with your cookie consent).
4. Who we share your information with (service providers)
We use selected service providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad-measurement tools listed below.

To exercise any of these rights, e-mail support@shopaverly.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents may also use the contact channels above for CCPA/CPRA requests; you will not be asked to create an account to make a request.
You may also contact your state Attorney General or, for California residents, the California Privacy Protection Agency with privacy concerns.
7. Cookies
We use Shopify's native cookie consent banner (Shopify Customer Privacy):
- Necessary — always active (cart, login, session, security)
- Analytics — GA4, Google Ads (only with consent)
- Marketing — conversion tracking, remarketing (only with consent)
- Functional — Vitals reviews, session recording (only with consent)
You can change your preferences at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the store footer.
8. Data security
- The entire site runs on HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
- Card payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified processors with 3-D Secure
- Credentials are encrypted and hashed
- Regular Shopify security audits, 24/7 threat monitoring
9. We do not sell your data
AVERLY COMMERCE LLC does not sell users' personal information to any third party. We do not pass data to data brokers or advertising networks for purposes other than processing your order and the ad-measurement tools disclosed above.
10. Marketing and SMS
- E-mail newsletter: only with your explicit consent. Every e-mail contains an "Unsubscribe" link.
- SMS marketing: we do not send marketing text messages. We do not collect phone numbers for marketing purposes.
11. Children
The store is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by e-mail (if we have your address) or with a notice on the homepage.
