About us

Built for the block. Made to be used.

Shopaverly is a brand of wooden butcher blocks built on a simple conviction: the block is the most honest tool in the kitchen. It takes the knife, the heat of the conversation and the weight of the roast — and looks better for it every year.

We ship from our fulfillment partner's facility in California, across the United States — free, in 5–7 business days.

Who is behind Shopaverly

The store www.shopaverly.com is operated by AVERLY COMMERCE LLC — a limited liability company registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under Filing ID 2026-001993635. Shopaverly is built for the American kitchen — US customer, US delivery, US-hours support.

Full legal details are in the Legal Notice. Sales to consumers remain subject to federal and state consumer protection laws — nothing we write here limits those rights.

Where our blocks come from

We work with selected manufacturing partners and handle all orders through our fulfillment partner ShipBob in Fontana, California — so delivery is fast for US customers and returns stay simple, with a return address in the United States.

Every model passes a quality check before entering the collection: we inspect edges, finish and surface consistency. If a block doesn't meet the standard — it doesn't make the catalog.

What we do differently

A selection, not an endless catalog

We don't sell everything for everyone. Our collection is a curated series of thirty-three butcher blocks — rectangular, round and hexagonal, in classic and rare woods. Each piece has its role: daily prep, carving, serving at the table.

Real woods, named precisely

Maple, walnut, oak, teak, cherry, hickory, beech, ash, birch, elm, sycamore, pecan, acacia, bamboo — plus rarer species like zebrawood, purpleheart, padauk, rosewood, mahogany and wenge. Most blocks feature end-grain construction — the checkerboard face that's kinder to knife edges and self-heals light scoring. Every product page states the exact wood, precise dimensions and care instructions.

Honest colors

Wood is a living material: slight variations in tone and grain (typically 5–10%) are part of its character. If the tone isn't right once it's on your counter, you have 30 days to return it.

Real support

A US phone number, a dedicated e-mail, replies within 1 business day, on US hours. No chatbots: write to support@shopaverly.com and a person answers.
