The slim needle makes a smaller hole than thicker probes, so less juice escapes from steaks, roasts and chicken breasts. Food-grade stainless steel, a ceramic handle and IPX7 waterproof construction make it easy to wash after each cook.

Dual high-accuracy sensors read the food and the cooking environment at the same time: internal temperature 32-212°F (0-100°C) and ambient temperature 32-527°F (0-275°C), with a sensor accuracy of ±1.8°F in regular roasting.

Why doesn't the app show the ambient temperature?
The ambient reading appears once the cooking environment is above 104°F (40°C). Below that, only the internal temperature is displayed.

Why is the range shorter inside my oven?
A fully closed metal oven or grill blocks the signal. In enclosed equipment keep the booster within about 5-33 ft of the probe.

How do I make sure alarms reach my phone?
Allow the app to run in the background and keep the phone in standard mode rather than power-saving mode.

How long does the probe last on one charge?
